Ingredients

Pak Choy 2 lbs
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Garlic (minced) 6–8 cloves
Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cooking Method
Step 01
Slice each Pak Choy in half. If they're large, halve them again.
Step 02
Bring a pot of water to a simmer. Add 1 tbsp oil and 1.5 tsp salt. Blanch the Pak Choy for 3–4 minutes until tender yet crisp. Set aside.
Step 03
In a pan, combine minced garlic, vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Step 04
Drizzle the rich, savory garlic sauce over the blanched Pak Choy and enjoy!
